Arthur Duffy

Founder and Managing Director

Arthur has been involved in merchant ERP applications since 1989 and was the Managing Director of Progressive solutions (the original author of BisTrack) before founding Excenta in 2018. As a trusted partner to many merchants, Arthur continues to recognise the importance of customers and the ongoing requirements to be addressed.

Paul Jones

Operations Director

Having worked alongside Arthur since the early 1990s, Paul has an expansive knowledge of IT solutions for merchants. He has worked as a key project director for many BisTrack implementations including, Bradford’s and Ridgeon’s. Paul’s key mantra is ‘excellence’ in all that he develops and delivers to customers.

Liam Freeman

Senior Azure Solutions Architect

Liam is a certified Azure systems engineer with a full understanding of merchants’ demands. He has a background in enabling customers to obtain the most cost-effective, reliable, resilient, stable, and secure infrastructure solutions, in a world where infrastructure environments and security are constantly changing and under threat.
